Context
PMX was one of the cryptocurrency products I worked on as a Frontend Developer at Viraltech. My contribution was to the client application within a wider product and engineering team.
Engineering priorities
- 01Make account and trading journeys understandable on narrow screens as well as desktop.
- 02Keep shared interface patterns consistent across a growing application.
- 03Integrate frontend screens with backend APIs while handling loading and failure states clearly.
- 04Maintain a responsive codebase as product requirements changed.
Implementation focus
Built and maintained React and Next.js screens for exchange workflows.
Developed reusable interface patterns with the team.
Worked with backend and product colleagues on API integration and responsive behavior.
My role
I contributed frontend implementation as part of the Viraltech team. Product strategy, backend services, and platform operations were shared responsibilities; this case describes my frontend role.
