Context
AhanMarlik is a production platform where pricing, catalog relationships, and customer workflows must stay accurate and fast. The work was less about building pages and more about building an operational system that reduces daily friction.
What needed to work
- 01SEO and SSR requirements for dynamic product and category pages.
- 02Relational catalog modeling (factory to category to product) with filtering.
- 03Admin tooling had to be secure and fast for daily operations.
- 04Production hardening across caching strategy, Core Web Vitals, and deployment reliability.
What I built
Built catalog relationships, filtering, and real-time pricing workflows.
Developed admin tools for validation, exports, and catalog management, including Quick Add to reuse product details.
Implemented SSR, metadata, structured data, and deployment improvements.
My role
As contract CTO, I led frontend, backend, database, admin tooling, SEO infrastructure, and production improvements for this platform.
The result
- Indexable, SEO-ready dynamic pages with reliable metadata and crawling patterns.
- Operational admin workflows that reduce repetition and speed up daily updates.
- Performance and deployment improvements aligned with real production usage.
